What started with one Lightspeed webshop for the Dutch market, Electrocorner grew to a 2nd webshop for Belgium and recently also business B2B webshop. Here, the KoneX iPaaS platform forms the stable bridge to PostNL Fulfilment.
The challenge Electrocorner faced:
Electrocorner was looking for a way to fully outsource their fulfilment without getting caught up in lengthy IT processes. With the focus on growth, to introduce a webshop for Belgium and the B2B platform Renewlaptop.nl in addition to the Dutch shop, it was important to be able to do that without IT problems. All these orders had to reach PostNL centrally and automatically, including stock management.
The solution: KoneX seamlessly links Electrocorner’s three different Lightspeed environments to PostNL Fulfilment. The platform provides complete data flow automation:
- Multi-shop Integration: Orders from Electrocorner(www.electrocorner.nl & www.electrocorner.be) and Renewlaptop(www.renewlaptop.nl) are picked up by KoneX and transferred directly to the warehouse.
- Automated Feedback loop: Shipping information and Track & Trace codes are fed back by KoneX from PostNL directly to the correct Lightspeed shop, informing customers directly.
- Stock Synchronization: stock levels at PostNL are synchronized with all three web shops, preventing over-selling.
- Personal Support: The KoneX team acts as an extension for IT questions from Electrocorner, both for advice and support on new integrations.
The Result: Thanks to the use of KoneX, Electrocorner was able to move at lightning speed when rolling out new sales channels. Fulfilment is fully automated, ensuring peace of mind in operations and a shorter time-to-market for their international and B2B ambitions.
