- Dual-shop management: Both the consumer webshop and the B2B shop are centrally connected, with KoneX ensuring the correct synchronization of orders, inventory, and shipping data.
- Tag-Based Control: Using Shopify tags, Cabau Lifestyle determines exactly which orders are forwarded to its fulfillment partner, PostNL, and others, and when. This provides maximum flexibility during major launches or promotional periods.
- Marketplace Priority: Specific logic has been built in for Bol.com orders, giving them priority in the picking process and ensuring the highest service standards are maintained.
- Intelligente SKU-filters: Custom filters within KoneX ensure that only selected assortments are forwarded, fully configurable within the platform.
- Multi-Carrier Feedback: In addition to PostNL and other carriers, data from external carriers is also sent back to Shopify to ensure optimal customer service.
- Real-time Fulfillment Inventory Management: Notifying the fulfillment partner of inventory shipments (Purchase Orders) and receiving real-time inventory updates from the fulfillment partner.
