Yes. With KoneX, you can choose between automatic synchronization and batch processing, depending on the process. Automatic integrations ensure that data such as orders, inventory changes, and returns are automatically updated between your online store, ERP system, and fulfilment partner. This is ideal for processes where speed and up-to-date data are important.

For other scenarios, batch processing can be more efficient, for example when handling large data volumes or scheduled updates. KoneX supports both approaches and helps determine the most suitable integration method for each individual data flow.
