- Warehouse Transfer – stock movements between warehouses are passed directly, so you never work with incorrect stock positions.
- RMA & Confirmation – return requests and confirmations are shared and instantly updated on both sides of the integration.
- Count – inventory counts at the fulfillment partner are automatically processed as additions or deductions in Exact Online.
Which processes are synchronized?
The link ensures that the following operational processes are fully automatic – with no manual input, no delays and no discrepancies:
- Incoming goods are immediately known to your fulfillment partner the moment the purchase order is created in Exact Online. The validation of receipt is then immediately visible in Exact.
- Stock is updated real-time, even when you work with multiple warehouses or distributed storage at different fulfillment parties simultaneously.
- Returns are processed correctly: both the return status and the corresponding stock movement are accurately updated in Exact Online and at the fulfillment partner.
- Stock counts performed at the fulfillment partner are automatically processed as correction entries in Exact Online – no more manual math or excels.
